Acara dimulai dengan pembukaan oleh Noerul Hanin sebagai MC, diikuti lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya, sambutan oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik FMIPA Untan, Yudha Arman, S.Si., M.Si., D.Sc., serta doa yang dipimpin Rifki Pebriyandi, mahasiswa Prodi Statistika Untan. Kegiatan lainnya termasuk foto bersama, pembacaan CV pemateri dan moderator, penyampaian materi, sesi diskusi, pemberian sertifikat, penghargaan bagi peserta terbaik, serta penutupan. Prof. Dr. Yousri Slaoui dari Universit\u00e9 de Poitiers menjadi narasumber utama dalam acara ini, dengan Naomi Nessyana Debataraja, S.Si., M.Si., dosen Prodi Statistika Untan, bertindak sebagai moderator.
